This reminds me of Paul Newman's V8 Beatle. It had a trans axel and motor from a Ford GT. Tube frame. His insurance company forbid him from driving it.😂 It was built in the late 60s.😮

my dear friend my mate built a v8 vw back in the 80s it was powered by a 350chevy in the rear there was no car on the street racing days that could beat it the car ended up twisting like a lolly pop but it went real hard for a couple of years before it twisted you have put to much time and money in your vw v8 my mates was a overnight job in the backyard garage we all helped it was unreal to see it scream down the roads it was freighting
